Why choose Mallorca for a destination wedding?
Mallorca combines stunning landscapes, Mediterranean atmosphere, exclusive venues, excellent gastronomy, and easy accessibility from many European destinations, making it one of the most desirable wedding destinations in Europe.
The Island has extremely good direct flight connections especially to New York and Germany, as well as a lot of other countries. This is why many American and German couples decide to have their wedding on Mallorca.
Which venues are considered exclusive in Mallorca?
Mallorca is home to some of the most sought-after wedding venues in Europe, and only a handful can truly be called exclusive. La Fortaleza, a 17th-century fortress on the Pollença peninsula, is arguably the island’s most prestigious address — offering a sweeping 360-degree view over the Mediterranean. Cap Rocat, a former military fortress turned into a boutique hotel near Palma, enchanted with its dramatic clifftop terraces overlooking the Bay of Palma. Finca Serena, set among vineyards, olive groves, and lavender fields in the island’s interior, combines rustic Mallorcan charm with refined countryside luxury.
What sets these venues apart isn’t just their beauty, but their exclusivity: limited availability, discreet service, and settings that can’t be replicated elsewhere on the island. This makes early planning essential, as the most exclusive locations are often booked more than a year in advance.

What is the best time of year to get married in Mallorca?
The most popular wedding months are May until October, offering beautiful weather and ideal conditions for outdoor celebrations.
Can you arrange a multilingual wedding ceremony?
Yes, we can help organize ceremonies in different languages, including German, English, Spanish, Italian, and Danish. We coordinate suitable celebrants or priests and ensure that every guest can fully experience the ceremony.
How far in advance should we start with the wedding planning?
We recommend starting the planning process 1 to 1.5 years in advance. This gives you as a couple enough time to make decisions at your own pace. Moreover, it gives you access to a wider pool of the best vendors and service providers — many of whom book up well in advance for the most sought-after dates.
That said, if our capacity allows, we’re also happy to plan your wedding within a shorter timeframe.
Can you party late in Mallorca?
We have a well selected list of venues where you can party as long as you want. Together, we will find the perfect location for your dream wedding here on Mallorca.
Will a religious or symbolic ceremony on Mallorca be legally recognized back home?
It depends on the type. A symbolic (humanist/free) ceremony is not legally binding anywhere and doesn’t replace a civil marriage. A Catholic church wedding on Mallorca, however, is generally recognized across borders. Couples marrying in a Protestant or other church still need a separate civil marriage to be legally married under their home country’s law.
Can we legally get married in a civil ceremony on Mallorca if we’re not residents?
In most cases, no. A civil wedding on Mallorca is only possible if at least one partner has been officially registered as a resident in Spain for at least three months. This is the single most common misconception, so most couples choose to have their legal civil marriage at home and then hold their actual ceremony — symbolic or religious — on Mallorca.
Is a church wedding possible in Mallorca?
Yes, a church wedding is possible in Mallorca, including ceremonies with for example English or German-speaking priests. We take care of all necessary arrangements and coordinate the process with the relevant parties.
Why hire a wedding planner in Mallorca?
Planning a wedding on Mallorca from abroad often means navigating a new language, unfamiliar vendors, and local logistics on your own. A local wedding planner already knows the best venues, trusted caterers, florists, and photographers — and thanks to established partnerships, can often secure better rates than you’d get booking everything yourself, while helping you avoid costly mistakes.
The biggest advantage, though, is coordination. Instead of juggling ten different suppliers, everything runs through one point of contact — Us. From venue permits to timelines to last-minute changes. That’s what turns a destination wedding into a relaxed, stress-free celebration instead of a logistical headache.
How much does a wedding in Mallorca cost?
Costs vary depending on the scope, venue, guest count, and overall concept. High-end weddings in Mallorca typically start from around €60,000 and can increase depending on the level of customization, design, and services required.
