PERFECT WEATHER FOR THE FINCA SON MIR WEDDING

Unlike during our last venue visit with the couple, Mallorca showed itself from its very best side on the wedding day. A bright sunshine and a cloudless sky – perfect weather for an island wedding.

When we arrived around noon, many vendors were already busy setting up. Together with our team, we supported the final preparations and made sure every detail found its perfect place.

In the late afternoon, the guests arrived and enjoyed refreshing drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. Once everyone had taken their seats, the music began: a live duo provided a personalized and heartfelt musical backdrop for the ceremony.

The bridesmaids led the procession before the bride made her entrance to warm applause. Surrounded by their loved ones, the couple exchanged vows in front of a lush floral arch. A moment filled with emotion.

APERITIF AND MANY PERSONAL TOUCHES

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed a relaxed aperitif. Alongside delicious canapés and live music, the highlight was a vintage wheelbarrow filled with ice and beer – a real eye-catcher (see photo).

During this laid-back part of the day, family photos can’t be missed. On top, a poster with well-wishes was signed, and voice messages were recorded on a vintage telephone as a guest book – a beautiful keepsake for the couple.

SUNSET, DINNER, AND A SPECIAL SURPRISE

Just in time for dinner, the sun began to set over the finca, casting a magical glow across the venue. After a delicious three-course meal, the couple kicked off the party with a champagne fountain and a live band.

One especially emotional highlight: the bride surprised her groom with a personalized neon sign at the bar. It wasnamed after her father, who sadly couldn’t be there to celebrate with them.

BLACK BOX, GREAT VIBES, AND A PARTY UNTIL DAWN

The “Black Box” – an instant-print photo booth – created unforgettable memories. With colorful hats, quirky glasses, and lots of laughter, guests captured spontaneous snapshots that were immediately added to a guest book, complete with heartfelt messages.

We wedding planners couldn’t resist either and left our own photo memories and wishes for the couple.

Later, the celebration moved to the finca’s club area, where the dancing and partying continued in full swing until 4 a.m.
